DELIVERY INFORMATION

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL MONIES FOR DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER IF THE WRONG DISPATCH HAS BEEN CHOSEN. 

 

Option A - Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 3-5 days from dispatch of order - £4.50 (based on under 2kg parcel)

 

Option B - Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1-3 days from dispatch of order - £5.50 (based on under 2kg parcel)

 

 Option C - Dispatch via courier/parcel force (at Enchanted Oils Ltd discretion) - £8.50 for large order items eg. bulk order Clamshells, Deli-Pots & 5kg+ Sodium Bicarbonate

• Free Delivery for orders over £35.00 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or alternative delivery option at the discretion of Enchanted Oils Ltd) - FOR FRAGRANCE OILS ONLY.  Delivery of non-fragrance oils orders please see Option C above.
• Open Box - for ongoing orders to reduce postage costs customers can place open box orders and the total delivery cost will be notified to the customer for payment before the order is dispatched.
